Stephanie Coburn and her husband, John, are partnered Realtors, with over 40 years of Real Estate experience each. As full-time residents of Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs since 2001, they value the special lifestyle the community brings, and are actively committed and well-connected. Stephanie has been involved in local governance on many committees and served on the Pelican Landing Board of Directors. She is a trained CERT team member for Bonita Springs. Originally from Chappaqua, New York, Stephanie held a number of management positions in the New York metropolitan area with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation before relocating to Southwest Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University Graduate School of Education.

Susan was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and ran her own successful business in graphic design/marketing for over 20 years before moving to Southwest Florida. She is a graduate of Temple University/Tyler School of Art and has a master’s Certificate in Interactive Media Design. Susan joined the Coburns in 2019 and learned the real estate business from the ground up, incorporating her diverse computer skills with her love of working with people. As a partner, Susan enjoys the challenge of helping people from all over the country find their perfect home in Southwest Florida. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and able to help those new to the area navigate the real estate market. As an agent with John R Wood Properties, Susan was awarded the Emerald Circle of Excellence in 2024 along with a Gold Sale Excellence Award from Bonita Springs Estero Real Estate.
